Each Solid Wood Flooring and Engineered Wood Flooring has their specific uses and is dictated by our client’s lifestyle and specific needs. Norsk Solid wood flooring can be used on the ground floor and second floor, but not below the ground floor, i.e. in cellars etc.

Solid wood flooring should be in a controlled environment (Protected from damp etc). A Solid wood plank is nail down only requires a wooden sub floor. Solid wood can then be glued to a variety of sub floor materials.

Engineered wood flooring consists of a many, cross-laid backing with a veneer top layer of a selected wood species. Engineered wood flooring can be used in any room, above or below ground floor.
